Born and raised half an hour west of Nashville in the small town of Kingston Springs, Annie has developed a passion for real estate. She studied at Austin Peay State University where she met her future husband who was an officer in the U.S. Army stationed at Fort Campbell in Kentucky. Their next six years together consisted of four moves across four different states, all the while welcoming three wonderful children, Hadley, Vivian and Everett James, into this world. After settling down in East Nashville in 2014, Annie finished her degree in Finance and began looking for a career that would match her love of numbers and passion for helping people. Ultimately, she decided that real estate would be her perfect match, and began serving clients in 2017.
